Emmillio The Appraiser has been working in the gemstone and jewelry industry since 1989. As Sales and Marketing Director at Zambia Emerald Industries he was responsible for the sale of cut and polished Zambian emeralds to the international market.

Intrigued by diamonds and gemstones, he pursued studies at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), California, USA. He later emigrated to the USA to pursue this passion. He served as Senior Gemologist and supervisor at Independent Gemological Laboratories in New York and later as head of appraisal department at Family Jewelers, Marlton New Jersey.
